Finding a luxury condo in Bangkok that genuinely welcomes pets is harder than it should be. Many buildings still ban dogs and cats outright, and others allow them only on paper. Around BTS Phrom Phong, two freehold towers stand out for pet owners who do not want to compromise on quality: The Estelle Phrom Phong on Sukhumvit 26 and MARQUE Sukhumvit on Sukhumvit 39. Both are a short walk from Benjasiri Park and the EmQuartier, and both are pet-friendly.

The Estelle Phrom Phong

Completed in late 2022, The Estelle is a joint venture between Raimon Land and Japan's Tokyo Tatemono, designed inside and out by Singapore's SCDA. The 37-storey tower holds 146 residences, about eight per floor, from one-bedroom homes of around 55 sq m up to four-bedroom units of around 230 sq m. Facilities lean towards wellness: separate Japanese onsen baths, a chlorine-free pool, a salt-water flotation pool, a TechnoGym fitness centre, guest rooms and a limousine service, alongside a dedicated pet-friendly zone.
Units listed with Home Finder Bangkok start from about ฿17.5 million for a one-bedroom, or roughly ฿320,000 to ฿475,000 per sq m. At the top of the building, bare-shell penthouses of more than 300 sq m are also for sale at over ฿100 million, a rare chance to design a large home from scratch, with plenty of space for pets. One-bedrooms rent for around ฿60,000 to ฿90,000 a month and two-bedrooms for ฿100,000 to ฿200,000.

Pros

A dedicated pet zone, which is still rare in Bangkok's luxury buildings.
Lower entry price, including one-bedroom homes.
Bare-shell penthouses of 300+ sq m for buyers who want to design their own home.
Cons
Apart from the penthouses, most layouts are smaller than MARQUE's, which matters if you have a large dog.
A slightly longer walk to the BTS, down a busy soi.
MARQUE Sukhumvit

Its 147 residences are all family-sized, with no one-bedrooms: two-bedroom homes of around 124 to 136 sq m, three-bedroom homes of around 190 sq m and larger four-bedroom units. Facilities include a pool, gym, garden, library and a golf simulator.
Sale listings start from around ฿50 million for a two-bedroom, or roughly ฿375,000 to ฿580,000 per sq m. Two-bedrooms rent for about ฿130,000 to ฿200,000 a month and three-bedrooms from about ฿300,000.

Pros

One of the shortest walks to a BTS station of any luxury condo on Sukhumvit.
A well-established building with a settled community of owners.

A higher entry price, with no one-bedroom option.
An older building than The Estelle, completed in 2017.
Tips for moving in with a pet
Pet rules are set by each building's juristic office and can change, so always ask before you sign. Check whether there are size or weight limits, which lift pets must use, whether pets need to be registered, and where dogs can be walked. Phrom Phong is one of the best areas for this, with Benjasiri Park on Sukhumvit and Benchakitti Forest Park a short drive away.
Which one should you choose?
Choose The Estelle if you want a newer building, a smaller pet and a lower price to get in. Choose MARQUE if you need a big family home, have a larger dog or want the shortest walk to the BTS. Both sit in Phrom Phong, one of Bangkok's most popular areas for expat families. See all available units on our The Estelle and MARQUE Sukhumvit building pages.
