Home Finder Bangkok (“we”, “us”) operates homefinderbangkok.com and answers enquiries through our website chat, LINE, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you contact us we may collect your name, the display name on your messaging account, your messages, and any details you give us about the property you are looking for or want to rent or sell, such as budget, area, move-in date, phone number and email address.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, find suitable properties, and have one of our agents contact you. Our automated assistant helps answer messages. It is powered by an AI service (Anthropic), and your messages are sent to that service only to generate replies. A team member may also read your conversation.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry details are stored in our secure Google Sheets and Google account. We do not sell your information. We share it only with our own team and with service providers needed to run our chat (Meta, LINE, Google and Anthropic), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to help you and for our business records, then delete them.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected] with your name and the account you messaged us from (Facebook, Instagram, LINE or website), and we will delete your data within 30 days. You can also stop the conversation at any time by telling us.
