Updated October 2026.

The developer behind a condo affects almost everything a buyer cares about: build quality, how well the building is managed after handover, and how easily the unit resells. These are ten of Thailand's best-known condo developers, all listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, in no particular order.

1. Sansiri

One of Thailand's largest and longest-established developers, active since the 1980s. Sansiri builds across every price point, from mid-range condos to ultra-luxury projects such as 98 Wireless and The Monument Thong Lo, as well as housing estates.

2. AP (Thailand)

A major developer of condos near mass transit, known for brands such as Rhythm, Life and Aspire. AP projects are popular with young professionals and investors looking for units close to BTS and MRT stations.

3. Land and Houses

Best known for high-quality detached houses, Land and Houses also develops a smaller number of premium condos, including The Bangkok Sathorn. Its reputation for workmanship makes resale values relatively resilient.

4. Supalai

Supalai focuses on good value for owner-occupiers, with condos and housing estates across Bangkok and the provinces. It is known for solid construction and well-run buildings.

5. Pruksa

Historically a volume developer of townhouses and affordable condos, Pruksa has broadened its range in recent years. It is a good name to know if you are looking at mid-market housing outside the city centre.

6. SC Asset

SC Asset develops condos and luxury housing, with well-known projects such as Saladaeng One and Beatniq Sukhumvit 32. Its premium projects are typically low-density with a strong design focus.

7. Ananda Development

Ananda built its brand on high-rise condos next to train stations, under names such as Ashton and Ideo, aimed at city professionals who want to live on a transit line.

8. Noble Development

Noble is known for design-led condos in central locations, including Noble Ploenchit and Noble Remix in Thong Lo, both connected directly to BTS stations.

9. Origin Property

A fast-growing developer of condos along new transit lines, including the Park Origin luxury range in central Sukhumvit.

10. Major Development

A boutique developer of luxury condos in prime areas, behind projects such as Marque Sukhumvit and M Silom.

How to judge a developer before you buy

  • Visit two or three of its completed buildings that are at least five years old and look at how common areas have aged.

  • Check whether past projects were delivered on time.

  • Ask the juristic person office about the sinking fund and monthly common fees.

  • Compare resale prices against the original launch prices in the same building.
